Vehicle Technician Required in the Crawley Area for Independent Garage
Due to expansion they are looking for a couple of mechanics to keep up with demand at their workshop business. The skill range can be anything from a level 2 Semi Skilled Mechanic who wants to learn more or an established Senior Technician and MOT Tester who can do heavier mechanical jobs and lead and mentor the existing mechanics within our clients world class, well equipped and clean workshop. - Salary: Up to £35k Basic DOE + monthly uncapped bonus average £300 per month
- Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 2 basis

Within this Vehicle Technician role your day to day duties will include:
- Undertake repairs and servicing of customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer technical standards.
- Mechanical and Electrical diagnostics and customers cars
- Full examination of customer vehicles including electronic vehicle health checks and forward onto the service advisors to present to the customers
- Offer technical advice and support to service staff and apprentices in the workshop
- Work with the wider workshop team to improve efficiency
