Motorcycle Parts Manager required for Automotive well-established Motorcycle Dealership located in Maidenhead.

We are recruiting for a Motorcycle Parts Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Motorcycle Parts Manager is £35,000.

Motorcycle Parts Manager Person Specification:

A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Motorcycle Licence advantageous

The responsibilities of this Motorcycle Parts Manager role are:

Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
