Job Title: Social Worker – Family Safeguarding Team Location: Cambridgeshire Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary Range: £38,258 - £40,958 per annum (depending on experience) The Team: The teams handle intricate caseloads involving Child in Need, Children in need of Protection, Public Law Outline, and care proceedings, with a focus on children up to 12 years old. They adopt a Motivational Interviewing approach, collaborating with children and their families to facilitate sustainable change and enhance outcomes for children. Supported by a multidisciplinary team comprising adult mental health workers, drug and alcohol recovery workers, and adult domestic abuse workers, along with a tailored intervention model, this presents an exciting and innovative opportunity to be part of these teams.
