Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Trade Counter Operative or in a similar customer-facing role within the Industrial industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively assist and engage with customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and processing orders.
- Knowledge of industrial products and experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
