Here at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland we make a real difference in supporting people with their everyday lives. We have an exciting opportunity as a Support Practitioner in our Cherry Tree Court Services.

About the role:

Cherry Tree Court is set up as a registered care home however provides support for up to 11 individuals in their own one bedroom flats all on minimally 1:1 ratio. The service aims to support individuals to meet personal goals and outcomes within their personalised weekly activity planners and have on site Positive behaviour support to develop proactive plans and support individuals who at time can experience difficulties.

Staff are required to provide support with day to day activities and additionally be involved in support planning and also future planning for individuals while liaising with health and social work colleagues and families.

There are significant development opportunities in both learning and development and in on-site training.  

Previous experience as a Support Practitioner is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
