Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling general inquiries and providing support
  • Managing tracking and complaints efficiently
  • Accurate and swift data inputting
  • Ensuring every customer interaction is treated with care, delivering top-notch service consistently
  • Handling various communication channels including telephone, email, and mail

Details:

  • Start Dates: 8th April (*subject to clear DBS check)
  • Pay Rate: £12.98 per hour from April 1st, with £14.00 per hour for Sunday overtime
  • Temporary Contract: 8-12 weeks, approximately 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am – 18:30 pm; Saturday, 08:00 am – 15:00 pm; Sunday, 09:00 am – 14:00 pm (*Sunday shifts are rare but flexibility is required)
  • Shifts scheduled 4 weeks in advance; must work every Saturday
  • Full training provided, with the initial 2 weeks Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (annual leave not permitted during the first three weeks of training)
  • Free on-site parking; close to amenities
