As a Travail Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing an established temporary desk, and you will take ownership of pre-existing relationships, account manage client needs, as well as identify new opportunities to further grow your division. The clients we work with are mostly SME's who recruit quality and look for a strong customer focused aspect to their recruitment relationship.

Here at Travail, we believe in providing you with the tools and training required for you to be a successful and happy consultant. Our recruitment consultants cover the full 360 recruitment role and have a varied and challenging workload working with both client companies and candidates. They also benefit from in branch admin support.

Our training is second to none and if you have the determination, ambition, and drive to succeed then we will train and support you on your journey!

The Job Role includes:

• New Business Development, both face to face and on the telephone

• Account management of existing clients

• Interviewing candidates and matching skills to roles

• Working with a bespoke CRM system

• Taking detailed job specifications from clients

• Creating and updating job advertisements
