Children's Residential Support Worker - Part-time (202389A)(Permanent)
Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning recruitment agency, has an opportunity for a Residential Childcare Worker to join a dedicated and friendly Children’s organisation based in Penybryn, Wales. This is a part-time permanent role working on an annualised hours basis. Salary: Up to £23,500 per annum pro rata Shift pattern: 2 weekends per month (Friday 3pm to Sunday 4pm) with overnight stays, during school term time. This averages at 35 hours plus night payments each working weekend. This organisation has been supporting young carers for 25 years. The people they support suffer from anxiety, low self-esteem, and confidence issues. They enable children to better understand themselves, the world around them and their potential through practical experience and challenges. Main duties:
