About you…

  • A degree in Social Work and Social Work England registration
  • Knowledge of Child-care legislation
  • Skilled in the management of risk and assessment of children's needs
  • Great communication skills, able to explain complicated information simply
  • Knowledge of the issues that affect parenting capacity and the impact of deprivation on child development
  • Experience of Signs of Safety methodology

Social Worker – Referral, Assessment & Intervention Services

To work as part of the team providing support in our front door services to children in need of protection and children who are in need of family care.

To work as part of the team delivering services to Children Looked After and Care Leavers and to work as part of an integrated service delivering high quality services with families and carers.
