Job summary
Pledger Pharmacy in Horsford, just outside Norwich, is looking to employ a pharmacist to provide cover for 2 to 3 Saturdays a month.
We offer a competitive hourly rate dependant on services provided (e.g. flu vaccinator/CPCS/hypertension service/smoking cessation/EHC etc).
Main duties of the job
- GPhC registration
- Experience of Pharm Outcomes and CPCS essential
- Certificates for advanced service provisions must be provided.
About us
We are a family-run, independent community pharmacy, attached to a GP surgery in Horsford just outside Norwich. We encourage the development of our staff by providing training and opportunities to take on new roles within the pharmacy. Diane, the manager, has been the pharmacist since opening in September 1996. The growth of the business in the past two years has meant we have had to expand our staff and currently employ 2 pre-reg. pharmacy technicians (who will qualify as ACTs), 2 dispensing assistants and 1 medicine counter assistant. As well as this, we have two university pharmacy students who help on Saturdays and holidays, and a Saturday staff member.
