We have a new opportunity available working with our service user within his own home in Preston supporting with his complex care needs.

We specialise in delivering high-quality, personalised support that empowers our clients to lead fulfilling lives. As a Complex Care Health Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission to enhance the well-being of those who require specialised attention.

Our service user is a male in his late teens who lives with his loving family in Preston and requires a dedicated care team to support his complex care needs on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis throughout the day and night.

You will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will assist him to enjoy his hobbies and interests and provide a supportive and positive environment that promotes independence and dignity.

Main duties of the job

Our Service user is none verbal and relies on others to interpret his needs. It is important you become familiar with his methods of communication to ensure his needs and wants are met. Patience, commitment, and understanding are key qualities for this role.

Shifts Available

  • Full Time & Part Time Available- 2-3 shifts per week
  • Days & Waking Nights
  • Monday Friday- 3:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Nights- 9:00pm - 9:00am
  • Weekend Day shifts Available

Weekdays: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £42 per 3-hour shift)

Weeknights: £14.50 per hour (Approx. £174 per 12-hour shift)

Weekends: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £180 per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £17.50 per hour (Approx. £210 per 12-hour shift)
