Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity?

We have a rewarding role available where you will care for our service user on a 1:1 basis within her own home.

We are looking for energetic and engaging Registered Nurses to join our team, caring for a young girl in Silverstone. You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service user and building positive relationships with her and her family.

Ideally, you will be a Registered Childrens Nurse, or a Registered Nurse with experience of caring for children and young people.

Our service user lives with her parents and sibling at their family home in Silverstone.

She is an intelligent young girl approaching her teens and requires the support of a Registered Nurse throughout the night, on a 1:1 basis.

Her hobbies include arts & crafts, playing with toys, and socialising with her many friends. She is also a huge Disney fan.

She has some mobility, but due to her scoliosis and visual impairment, this can affect her ability to mobilise safely.

Her communication is limited, and she expresses her wants and needs through various methods including the use of facial expressions, British Sign Language, choice boards and communication aids. It is important that you can understand and interpret these communication methods to prevent our service user from becoming frustrated or distressed.

Main duties of the job

Throughout the night you will carry out hourly observations, support with her personal care, repositioning and carry out regular clinical interventions.

You will also promote a peaceful environment and offer reassurance and comfort when needed to support a restful nights sleep.

We have the following shifts available

• Part Time Nights
• 1 to 2 Shifts Per Week
• 9pm 7am

• Weeknights: £38.00 per hour (£380 approx. per 10-hour shift)
• Saturday: £40.00 per hour (£400 approx. per 10-hour shift)
• Sunday: £42.00 per hour (£420 approx. per 10-hour shift)
• Bank Holiday: £42.00 per hour (£420 approx. per 10-hour shift)
