Job summary
Key Workers have a crucial role in each home:
- Establishing key support relationships with children and young people
- Giving them the care, guidance and support they need to thrive
Main duties of the job
Supporting young people in their day to day lives, acting as a role model, following placement plans and helping children to access education, health and leisure services.
This role also involves providing emotional support, advice and providing a safe happy enviornment to live in.
