MATERNITY COVER SALARIED GP Aug 24 onwards

What We Can Offer

X2 Shortened clinics per week to allow for admin / work life balance (based upon a 6 session GP).

7 weeks leave inclusive of annual and study leave

Generally 1 On-call session per week

Minimal administrative responsibilities

o Staff workflow all letters

o Pharmacy team consisting of 3 pharmacist and 3 pharmacy technicians who manages repeat

scripts, medication queries, medication reviews/reauthorisation and medication reconciliation

Low home visit rate

Established friendly 5 Partner practice with a growing list size (currently 14,400 patients)

Full complement of clinical and admin staff including minor illness pharmacist

Strong educational ethos

Training practice registrars and medical students (Cardiff and Swansea) and student nurses, pre-registration pharmacy students

Located 25 minutes from Cardiff with good transportation links. Travelling against rush hour traffic.

Vision / Docman clinical systems used.

Mix of face to face and telephone appointments (routine and urgent).
