- Carry out the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring secure and correct placement
- Plan and follow designated routes in a timely manner, using navigation systems when necessary
- Communicate with customers and colleagues professionally, providing excellent customer service
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the safety of both yourself and others on the road
- Complete accurate paperwork and maintain records as required
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks, reporting any issues promptly

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must possess a valid HGV Class 1 driving license
- CPC qualification is essential
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a HGV Class 1 driver
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and reliability
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varied shift patterns including evenings and weekends
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading duties

Pay Rate: £15.00 to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
