Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver

Location: Ilkeston

We are seeking an immediate Class 2 Driver for a leading specialist commercial vehicle and trailer rental company based in Ilkeston. Operating since 1878, this company supports around 6,000 vehicles with nationwide services.

Role Responsibilities:

• Rearrange lorries within two yards.

• Inspect lorries for faults upon return from hire.

• Check lorries for faults before they go out on hire.

• Drive lorries to petrol stations for refueling.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license with C entitlement.

• Valid CPC and digital tacho card.

• Minimum of 6 months HGV driving experience.

• No more than 6 points on your license.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Safety boots and hi-vis vest.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 7am to 5pm
