Support Worker - CatfordSalary: £10.90 to £11.60 per hour depending on experience and qualification.08.00am-06.00pm, Mon-Sun (alternative weekends)Dinardos is a Supported Housing provider specialising in supporting adults with challenging and complex Mental Health needs.The Support Workers role will be to support and assist our residents to be empowered to live as independently as they are able. At the same time ensuring that all residents are treated with equal respect, kindness, and courtesy always and their dignity is maintained. As an experienced support worker, you will understand of mental health, substance use and working with challenging behaviour. You will be required to be creative in your approach using a variety of skills such as motivational interviewing and SMART support planning. You will understand the need to evaluate and identify risk and be able to create a comprehensive risk assessment for our residents. We use a framework of positive risk taking to inform our key working sessions.
